Waterco to distribute TIME Best Invention Swim Jet P Series
Next-gen swim tech transforms residential pools into fitness, wellness and recreation zones
Sydney, Australia – Wednesday March 17, 2026 – Waterco Limited (ASX: WAT) today announced it will distribute the Swim Jet P Series, an award-winning system recognised in TIME Best Inventions 2025 for its advanced water propulsion technology.
Designed to bring professional-grade resistance swimming to domestic pools, the P200 and P240 models allow users to train, exercise, rehabilitate or play without needing a full-length lap pool. Their powerful adjustable current turns almost any pool into a versatile space for fitness, hydrotherapy and family fun.
Powered by a next generation permanent magnet motor delivering up to 1250W, the stainless-steel system produces water flow of up to 240m³ per hour. Its patented Flow Channel design accelerates water velocity to 4.2 metres per second, reducing drag and creating a smoother, stronger swim current.
Aerospace inspired propulsion delivers powerful, wider swim currents
Built on jet engine design, the Ramjet Profile nozzle generates a patented flow-channel design that can cover twice the area of standard swim jets. The broader current creates a more consistent swim zone while five adjustable wave modes — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Endurance, and Surfing — allow users to move easily between resistance training, recovery swimming and relaxed play.
A current maker for home swimming pools
The Swim Jet P Series is designed for simple installation and everyday convenience. A plug and play deck solution allows quick connection, while the optional deck friendly mounting plate protects the integrity of the pool surround. Users can control the system using a touchscreen panel, Bluetooth remote or mobile app, adjusting current strength instantly from poolside.
